Resoution to a1)ropriate tke school fund o'* the counties nj Gilmer and Scriin. Resolred by the General Assembly, That the Justices of the inferi- or Courts ol the counties of Giilmer and Scriven are hereby autho- ized to appropriate the school flids belonging to said counties for','I,)I the purchase of. such amount of salt as the Governor of this Stutel,' may be able to furnish for tile people of said counties ; Provided, ,5 . it that so soon as said salt shall be distributed and sold to the people of said counties by said Justices, under the regulations prescribed by the G1overnor for the distribution of salt anong the dillrent counties of this State, the said Justices sha11ll refund said mo- ney to the Ordinaries of sasd counties tr school purposes.
