Patrol Laws nmended.
to construct, maintain, use, and enjoy a Railroad track, joining mnd or so
the tracks of said Railroads, in the city of Savannah, with thea,,t
assent of the honorable, the Mayor and Aldermen of the city of
Savannah.
13. Sec. II. Ald it is further enacted, That if the assent of the irmayoranl

Mayor anld Aldermen of the city of Savannah he not granted, then savaunal oh-

it shall be lawful for either or both of said Companies to construct, ri 'to
maintain, use, and enjoy a track outside of the limits of the city ofio c
Savannah, joining the aforesaid Roads.
14. See. Ill. And it is /hrther Cenctd, That if the said junctionconecuing
track sahil be constructed by the Central Hailroad and Banking t of 'tile
lLot,l on
Company of Georgia, then the same shall be part and parcel of therucu it.
Central Railroad, to all intents and purposes whatsoever; and if the
same be constructed by the Savannah, Albany and Gulf Railroad
Company, then it shall be part and paircel of the said Savannah,
Albany and Ouf Railroad, to all intents and purposes whatsoever.
Sec. IV. Repeals conflicting laws.
Assented to December 17, 1861.

viso of the sixth Section of An Act to amend the Patrol laws oftotNaho.N
this State, approved February 20th, 1854, be altered so as not toanided.
include the county of Dade, and that the provisions of said Act ex-
tend to the county of Dade.
SEc. 11. Repeals conflicting laws.
