be the duty of the Board to issue an execution against said delin-
quent, which execution shall be levied and collected as other exe-
cutions now are; Provided, that all owners of laves who reside on
their plantations at all times of the year, shall he exempted from

far as relates to the county of Doughert* y.
6. SEc. I. Be it enacted, Yc., That from and after the passage of
this Act, the Justices of the Peace of the county of Dougherty, ion r

missioners by the Justices of the Inferior Court, so far as relates to
the county of Daugherty for the fiture, shall be dispensed with.
7. SEc. II. Be it further enacted, That should any Militia Dis-
trict fail or neglect to elect Justices of the Peace, then the duties - set in n
