An Act to amend the several Acts incorporating the city of Dalton,* and
amendatory of and in addition to the several Acts incorporating the
city of Atlanta,t aud to extend the corporate limits of the town of

Charter of the  20. SECTION I. Be it enncted, 4'c., That it shall not be lawful for
