name of the Intendant, &c.
9 Noi person to sell spirituous liquors
in less quantities than 1 Gallon
unless by permission of Intendant
and Comnnissioners, &e.

1. Section I. The General AssemblU of the State of Gcorgia do enact,

town is hereby extended to said territory added to the corporate
