approved February 20th, 1854,* so far as relates to the counties
of Walton, Montgomery and Bryan.
3. Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of this Act of FelL
State, that the Act mentioned in the above caption, be, and thetoparoas.
same is hereby repealed, so far as relates to the counties of Walton,to eertain
Montgomery and Bryan.
4. Sec. II. (Repeals conflicting laws.)
Assented to December 21st, 1857.

repealed, so far as relates to the county of Ware.
