Dallas. in the county of Paulding, to provide for the election of
Intendant and Commissioner-sfor the same, to define their pow-

3S. Section 1. Be it enacted, That the inhabitants of the said
town of Dallas, in the county of Pauldingentitled to vote for mem-
bers of the General Assembly, shall assemble at the Court House
Tie, ferec in said town, on the first Saturday in January next, and on the first
