As act to repeal an act to amend the Patrol laws of this State, approved
February 20th 1854, sofar as relates to the county of Liberty.
APPROVED, February 25th, 1856.
4. Section I. Be it' enacted, &c., That after the passage
of this act, that the act in relation to the Patrol Laws of this
State, approved February 20th, 1854, be and the same is hereby re-^ceO 1.
pealed, so far as relates to the county of Liberty.
5. Sec. 11. Be it further enacted, That the provisions of the act
passed the 18th November, 1765, regulating patrols in this State,
and all other acts subsequent to that time, prior to the year 1854,
amendatory of this act, be and the same are hereby re-enacted and Actof 1765
continued in full force, so far as relates to the county of Liberty, revived.
and that all laws and parts of laws militating against the provisions
of this act be and the same are hereby repealed.

An Act to authorise Ransom Rogers, Sen'r., of the county of Scriven,
and Claiborn H. Jones of the county of Upson to practice medicine and
charge therefor.
APPROVED, March 1st, 1856.
1. Section I. Be it enacted, &c., That from and after the pas- Rnogers&

and Claiborn H. Jones of the county of Upson be, and they are medicine;
hereby authorised to practice medicine and charge therefor.
2. Sec. II. Repeals conflicting laws.
