10. Sec. II. Repeals all conflicting laws.
BIG AND LITTLE OHOOPIE RIVERS.

An Act to altei and amend an act to appropriate a sum of
money to r emove obstructions fi om the Big and Little Ohoopie rivers,
and to render the same navigable for the transportation of timber, rafts,
lumber, wood and produce thereon, and for other purposes herein men-
tioned, approved Feb. 4th, 1854.
APPROVED, February 26th. 1856.
11. SECTION 1. Therefore be it enacted, &c., That the fifth section
of the above recited act be so amended as to extend the time forActof 154
the purposes therein mentioned, from the first day of December, Time exten'd
1s55, to the first day of December, 1856.
12. Sec. II. And be it further enacted, That the Commissioners here-
tofore appointed, or that may hereafter be appointed to carry out Compensat'n
the provisions of the above recited act, shall be allowed the sum
of one dollar per day for their services as commissioners aforesaid
for the actual time so employed out of any unexpended money in
hand appropriated by the above recited act.
13. Sec. III. And be it further enacted, That Ira T. McLamore,
Abner Sutton, Drewry   S. Moore, Daniel G. Hall and Josiah commiseers
Hutcherson be, and are hereby appointed Commissioners to carry
out the provisions of the above recited act. And all laws and
parts of laws militating against this act be, and the same are here-
by repealed.

An Act to repeal an act approved 22d January, 1852, entitled an act to
repeal the first section of an act approved 19th December, 1849, entitled
an act to repeal all laws respecting the importation of slaves into this
State, and to give certasn powers to municipal corporations in relation
to slaves and to amend the act hereby revived, and to revive and continue
in force the said frst section of said act so repealed.
APPROVED March 4th, 1866.
