An Act to repeal an Act, assented to on the 22d day qf January,
1852, amendatory of the Road Laws qf this State, so far as re-
lates to the County of Baldwin.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the State of Georgia in General Assembly met, Trat the Act, as-
R       sented to on the 22d day of January, 1852, amendatory of the
or R    Road Laws of this State, so far as relates to the County of Bald-
win, be and the same is hereby repealed; any law to the contrary
notwithstanding.
Approved, Yebruary Oth, 1854.

An Act to revive and amend an Act to regulate and keep in'repair
the public Roads, causeways and Bridges, approved December
13th, 1809, so far as relates to the County of Burke.
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen-
tatives of the State of Georgia in General Assembly met, and it is
hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the Justices of
the Inferior Court, for the County of Burke, at their first* term or
