An Act to amend the tenth Section of the tenth Division qf the Pe-
nal Law0s of this State.
12. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the State of Georgia in General Assembly met, and it
Penal Code. is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That from and im-
mc(liately after the passago of this Act, if any person shall, by him-

three years.
13. Sm. II. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid,
That all laws or parts of laws militating against this Act be and
the saie are hereby repealed.*
