AN ACT to rfund to Ira Sunburn, of Decatur county, a certain
sum of money therein named. Approved, January 12, 1852.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of     Georgla,
That the sum  of Eighly-Throo )ollars be refunded to IraS ,
Sanburn, for money paid the Agent of the State for frac-
tions of land, No. 231, 220, 232, and 230, in the Fiftcenth
District of Decatur county-the State having made no
title therefor to tihe said Ira Sanhunrn, there being no such
fractions. And the Governor is hereby authorized to draw
his warrant upon the Treasurer therefor, in tayor of the
said Ira Sanburn.

Swrlon I. Be it enacted by the Senate undIlouse qf
Repre.sentatives qf the State ot' Georgqia in Gene'ral As-
sembly met, and'it is Ae)eb!y en acted by the authoity qf
the same, That the sum of Seventeen Dollars and Fifty-  a stoj
Five Cents be and the same is hereby appropiniated to p) yJ.rook,
James J. Tooke, of the county of Talbot, for taxes over-
paid by hin, inl consequence ot a mistake having boon
made by tihe Receiver of Tax Returns of said county, by
outering the amount of Five Thousand Dollars worth of
town property as taxable, whiseni tihe real amonat was only
Five Iiundred )ollars. And that Jan s W. Castens, Riep-
resentative of the county of Talbot, be outhorized to draw
and recei t for the same.
Sa. II. Be it further onacted, That Five Dollars be al-11no1r.u.
so paid to Thomas II. Polhill, of the county of Jefferson, rown.
as guardian of Robert Ilill, a free man of color, as James
T. Botiwell, former guardian, had returned the said Robert,
and paid the taxes for the year eighteen hundred and fifty-
one, and that the same bd paid to P. B. Connelly, Senator
from the Ninth Senatorial District.
