the eleventh division of the Penal Code. Approved, January 2U,
1852.
4. Suiox I. Be it enacted    by the S'nate and 1ouse
of Representatives of the State of' Georgia in General
Asembly 'net, Ind it is hereby enacted by tihe authority of
the sawun,.That froun and after the passage of this Act, tihe
fourth section of the eleventh division of the Penal Code
shall be aiunleri, so as to read as follows:
