manaqement of the't X'uardlane, by requiring bond and
secursty. Appioved, Jaiiuary 2, 1852.
28. S.rTow I. Be it enacted'iy t #Se# ate and House of
Representative q' the State of Geoygic in General As-'
sembly met, and st is hereby endwthd by the authority ofVOtuaiar by
the same, That from  and after the Passage of this Act, 2vil-4ve
whenever any child or children shall have any Guardian, bonim-
by statute appointed, or by the (Iced or will of thefather
or mother of said child or children, and any property shall
dcscend to said child or children by virtue of the act of
distributions, or of any will, deed or gift, other than from
said parents, it shall be the duty of the Court of Ordina-
ry, Executors, Administrators or Trustee, as the case may
be, having the control of said property, to withhold said
property from said Guardian until hond and good security
be given, as in other cases of Guaidinship, to be judged
of by the Court of Ordinary, for the faithful performance Or 1 ,me
of said trust; .1'rovided, that if such Guardian shall fil i aerapoint.
or refuso to give such bond and security, then, and in that
case, said Court may appoint some other fit and suitable
person to act as such, first compelling said person to give
bond and good security, asis now required in other cases
of Guardianship.
29. SEC. If. And be itf urther ^      7               1Readia

this Act, he, and the same are hereby, repealed.

An Act to alter and anmend an Act, entitled  An Act to protect the
Estates of Orphans and to make permanent provisions for the
Poor, approved, December 18th, 1792, so far as relates to
the amount of the hond to he given by Administrators, also, to
authorize the sale of Beal.Estate offrce persons of color, and
to provide for the disposition of the proceeds. Approved, Janu-
ary 22, 1852.
