cossary fbr the government of said Church: Prorided, such
hiye-lis are not replignant to the laws of' this State; and

remove the saome from ollice for iiniroper conduct or neg-
lect of duty.

and grants, privileges and inniinities whatsoever, which

may happen in said Trustees, said vacancy itmay ie filled
by the remining Trustees, in such way as they may direct
by their laws and regulations.
