Be it enacted by the 'Scnate and House of Representativea
of the State of Georgia in General Assembly met, and it is
hereby enactcd by the authority of the same, That any bond or
bonds which may have heretofbre been given by any con-
stable or constables of this State under the law above re-
ferred to, and made payable to the Governor, shall be and arc
hereby considered and taken as good and valid as if the same
had been taken and made payable to the Justices of the In-
ferior Court, in compliance with the law aforesaid.
SEc. 2. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid,
That all laws and parts of laws militating against this act
be, and the same are hereby repealed.
