as satisfied so for as regards the said securities, by virtue of
the pnssage of this act.
Sc-. 3. And bc it ihrther enated, That all laws, and parts
of laws, that militate against this act, he, and the sam

AkN ACT to authorise David Ryerson of the State of New
Jeraey, Guardian of Margaret Rembert Taylor, to sell
andi dipose of certain negroes, and to perform other acts
in behalf of his said Ward, in this State.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
of the State qf Georgia in General Assnblynet, That Da-
vid Ryorson of the State of New Jersey, Guardian of Mar-
garet Rembert, Taylor, one of the children of Hugh Taylor,
late of the county of Hancock, deceased, be.and he is hereby
t uthorised, by himself, or his agent or attorney in fact, to
sell and dispose of the slaves bequeathed and set off to his
said Ward, as fully and eilectually as if the said David Ry-
orson had obtained letters of Guardianship from the com-
petent authority in this State: Provided the said Guardian
should comply with the laws of this State, regulating sales
by Guardians, and shall produce and deposit with the Court
of Ordinary of said county of Hancock, satisfactory evi-
iice that sufficient security has been given by him, to any
