AN ACT to alter and change the time of' holding the St-
perior court of Butts county, so fhr as respects the Octo-
ber tern of said court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
of the State of Georg-ia in General Assenbly met, and it is
hereby enacted by the authority of :/ie same, That from and
after the passage ofthis nct, the time of holding the Superior
court of utts county, shall he held on the flourth Monday in
October in each year, in place of the first Monday as here-
tofore.
Sec. 2 And be it finther enacted, That all writs, pre-
cesses and recognizances made returnable the first Monday,
shall he rettirnable to the floirth Monday in October-any
law to the contrary notwithstanding.

hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That it shall, and
may be lawful for the Inferior courts of the several counties
in this State, when sitting for ordinary purposes, to order
the sale of any slave, or slaves belonging to the estate of
any Testator or Intestate or Ward, on the application of the
Executor or Executors, or Executrix, Administrator, Ad-
ministrators or Adrniistralrix, or Guardinn or, Guardians.
