Snc. 2. And be it farther enacted, That all laws or
parts of laws militating against this act, be and the same
re hereby repealed.

AN ACT
To repeal all laws and parts of laws which authorise the
selling into slavery of free persons of color.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
tires of the State of Georgia, in General Assembly met,
andi it is hereby enacted by the authority af the same, That
all laws and parts of laws which authorise the selhng of
free persons of color into slavery, be and the same are
hereby repealed.    I
