AN ACT
To ma'ce pevimint the site for the public buildiig in the
ouinty of Henry and to incorporate the village thereof,
under the. name of Mc Donou.li
'Whereas, in puruauce of the second section of an act
entitled an act to or-anize the counties of De Kalb, Pike,
Crawford and ibbM, and to deinhe the places or holding
courts in the coluities of Monroe, houston, Henry, and
Fayette, and to authorise the commissioners appointed to
lay oil the town of Macoii, and to lay off four acres in
said town for the erection of public buildings in the county
of' Bfihh, and to add the county of Newton to the Flint cir-
cuit, passed the twenty-third of Decembi', one thousand
eight hundred and twenty-one, the justices of the LInferior
court for the county of Henry as commissioners have fixed
on a public site for said county, and have also proceeided to
purchase to the amount of one square lot of land, i. e. the
one half of lot number one hundred and thirty-foir in the
seventh district of said Henry county and one half of lot
wnimber one hundred and twenty-three in the same district
and county, and have also laid out a county town thereon.
Be it therefove enacted by the Senate and House of Ile-
preseitatives of the Ntte q Georgia in General Jssem-
bily met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the
SaIMe, That from and after the passing of this act, the said
site as fixed on by the justices as aforesaid be and the same
