AN ACT
To sell and dispose of forty Lots in the town of Macau.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House qf Representa.
tires of the State nj Georgia in General Assenbly met,
and by the authority of the same it is hereb! enacted, That
the commissioners of appointed to lay out the town of Ma-
con are hereby authorised and require(, within three months
from the passage of this act, to sell not exceeding forty
half acre lots adjoining those already sold in said town of
Macou: Provided, No lots on the river shall be sold.
SEC. 2. Anmld be if flrt her enacted by the alihority (fore-
said, That the said sales shall be advertised and conduct-
ed, and the monies and honds thereon accruing shall be ac-
counted for, as directed in the act, for laying out the town
of Macon, passed the twenty-third day of )ecenimber,
vighuteen hundred and twenty-two.
