AN ACT
To vest in Elisha Ilayman the right and title to Lot number three
hundred and cighty-nine, in the sixteenth district of Henry County,
and to relinquish to the State all right and title which the said
Ilayman may have to Lot number one hundred and three, in said
district.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
State of Georgia in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enapted
by the authority of the same, That the absolute right and title to the
said lot number three hundred and eighty-nine, in the sixteenth dis.
trict of Henry county, be and the same is hereby vested in the said
Elisha Haymun, on condition that the said Hayman does relinquish
to the state all right, title, and interest that he may have, or has had,
to lot number one hundred and three, in said district.
Sec. 2. And be it further .enacted by the authority aforesaid, That
lot number one hundred and three be and the same is hereby declared
to be in the state and oubject to be disposed of by this or any succeed-
ing legislature.

ty, to sell certain negroes.
WHEREAS the said Joseph Grigg, deceased, did some months ago,
introduce into this state sundry negroes for his own use, and whereas
the said Joseph Grigg's heirs and creditors are livng in Virginia, and
it being desirable to make sale of said negroes; and whereas, the law
respecting the introduction of negroes into this state, prohibits the
sale short of twelve months-For remedy whereof :
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of
Georgia in General Assenbly met, and it is hereby enacted by authority of the
same, That fron and immediately after the passing of this act, the
administrator of the raid Joseph Grigg deceased, shall have full pow-
