Georgia, as makes the appropriation of the suni of twen-
ty thousand dollars for the improvement of the iiaviga-
tion of the Savannah and Tugalo rivers, from the cit3 of
Augusta to the mouth of Panther creek, on sld Tugalo
river, dependent on a similar and equial appropriation to
be made by the. state of South.Carolina, for the same
purpose, be, and the same is hereby tepealed.
§ 2 .nd be itffurther enacted, That the. aforesaid ap.
propriation of twenty thousand dollars, nade for the
improvement of the navigation of the Savannah and Tit-
4galo rivers. from the city of Augusta to the mouth of
P;aiuther creek, on said Tugalo river, be, and the same
is hereby confirmed and made unconditional aid inde-
pendent, subject to the same order, rules and iestric.

and it is hereby enacted by the authority oj the same, That
