met, and by the authority <f thse same, That the Comminis.
sioners of the town and corporation of Greenshorough, for
the tuie beiig, and their successors in olice, shall have
full pover and authority to impose such tax or taxes on
the inhabitants of said town and corporation, as they may
deeii necessary for the purpose of improving and keeping
in good order the springs within the limits of said corpora-
tion, commonly called and known by the names of ituck.
