AN ACT
To repeal an act, entitled an act, to amend an act, re;ula.
ting roadd ih this slate, so fur as respects the operatt'd
ofsaid acts iin the counties of Bryan, Liberty, JItosh,
Camden and Waiyne, passed on the 8th day of Decem-
ber, 1800, so far as respects the cointy of Bryan.
WHEREAS an act of the Legislature, passed on the 27th
November, 1812, gave to Williai A. Dunhani Esq. the
benelit of a turnpike on great Ogechee causeway, on cer-
iain conditions therein contained, which conditions have
pot been complied with by said Dunham; by wich iieans
the causeway aforesaid is alnost impassable.
1 1.   B   it therefore enacted by the Senate and Iouse
of Representatives of the state of Georgia in General Ak-
sembly met, That the before recited act, in favor of Wil-
liam A. Dunham Esq. be, and the same is hedby repeal-
ed.
§ 2. And be it further enacted by the authority dforesaid,
That the law passed on the 8th day of December, 1800,
entitled an act, to regulate the roafl laws in this tate, so
far as respects the couillies of Bryan, Liberty, M'tntosh,
Glynn, tanden and Wayne, be, and the saite Is hereby
declared in tall force, so far as respects the counties df
Pryan, tiberty and M'LIntocih.
