this state.
1 1.    E it enacted by the Senate and liouse of 1Repr -
sentatives of the state of Georgia, in General .11ssenibly
met, and it is hereby1 enacted by the authority oforesaid,
That so muich of the third section of the above recited acty
as prohibits the Clerks of the several Courts of Oidinary
fron recording any (Iced of nadumission or other paper
which shall have for olject, the manumitting and setting
free anly slave or slaves, under a certain penalty for so
doing, so far as the same relates or is construed to relate to'
last Wills and Testandnts, be and the same is hereby re.
pealed.
§ 2. .Anhd be itffurther enacted, That it sliall and may
be lawful for the Clerks of th6 several courts of Ordinary
41 this state, and it is hereby made their duty, to record
any last Vill and Testaent which may be offered for
record-Provided, such last Will or Testanet does not!
