STATE OF GEORGIA.
ARTICLE I.
1. The Legislative, Executive and Judiciary
Departments of Government shall be distinct,
and' each department shall be confided to a sepa-
rate body of magistracy ; and no person, or col-
lection of persons, being of one of those depart-
ments, shail exercise any power properly attach.
