provement of faid lot or lots, pay into the treafury
of this State, the amount of the feveral inflalments,
and intereft, due thereon. .
5 2. And be it further enacted by the authority
afore/aid, That the commiflioners appointed to fell
and difnofe of the lots in the town of Milledgeville,
and their fucceffors in office, after the firft day of
Tantiary, eighteen hundred and ten, or a majority of
(hem, fhall proceed to fell all fuch lot or lots as
have reverted to and become the property of this
tate, agreeable to the above recited a& of eighteen
hundred and four, in the fame manner and upon
the fane terms, and fubje and liable to the fame
pr.ovifions and conditions, as fales heretofore made.
