Canmin, ceded to the United States, for the purpose
of eqecting a Light-Ilouse in and for the Port of St.
Niary's, be and the same is hereby vested in the
tTunited States  Provided, That the said United
ates shall erect a Light-House on the same.

December, 1803.
BE it therefore enactedby the Senate and
SEa. 1.      Houseof Refiresentatives of the State of
Georgia, in General Assembly met, andby -the authority
of the same, That the following persons be, and they
are hereby appointed Corhmissioners foi that part oF
the aforesaid road, leading through the. county of
lfinghath, viZ.. Joshua Loper, Curtis Loper anti
