BE it therebre cnacted by the- Senate and House of Re-
prCentlatives of the State cj Georgia, in General A/.sLsembly

allithe estate, real and personal, of said Arthur Curney,
.deceased, 13 heceby dedared to be vested in his legal
representatives, id their heirs, in conformity to~the
.gIfore.mentioucd resolution: Provided cihcos n everthe-
less, that nothing herein contained shill extend or he
coistrued to extend to invalidate, or aW A 2V injure or
destroy any right, title or claim of a'ny' person or persons
whatsoever, who may hold or claimn the same, or any
part thereof, under tide derived from the commi-issioners
