fons fo offending fhall forreit and pay to the flid Na-
thaniel Twining, his heirs and  alflgns, double the
amount of the flum demanded or received by fuch per-
fon or perfons, to be recovered by the faid Nathaniel
Twining, or his kgal reprlentatives by aflion of debt,
before any Magiftrate or Court having cognizance there-
of.   Provided neverthheis, That the JIaid Nathaniel
Twining, fi.dl within the term  of five months from
the pafling of this ad, commence and put in praaice
the running the ftid line of Stage Carriages, and alfb
commence and put in praaice the Water Carriage a-
forefaid, and continue the fame at lceift once a week,
betweCn the faid places, and to the end of the tie
aforefid. Provided, that the faid N:othaniel Twining,
do give bond to his Excellency the Goveinor, in the
fum of three thoufand dollars, with good and Iificient
fecurity, for the running of Stages for the aforefaid
termn.
