.AN ACT to extend to all the inhabitants of thie State the benefits of the
Courts el Justice and the processes thereof.
SEcrioN 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and Zouse of iRepre-
-sentatives qfthe State of Florida in General Assembly convened,
That the judicial tribunals of this State, with the processes there- Courtsaccesst-

of, shall be accessible to all the inhabitants of the State, without habitantsortho
distiction of color, fbr the prosecution and defense of all the rights state.

in the constitution of the State.
'Snc. 2. Be itfirther enacted, That all laws heretofore passed
with reference to slaves, free negroes and mulattoes, except the Crimtnal laws
act to prevent their migration into the State. and the act prohib- mad the same

same are hereby repealed, and all the criminal laws of this State
applicable to white persons now in force and notin conflict with,
or modified by the legislation of the present session of the Gen-
eral Assembly, shall be deemed and held to apply equally to all

AN ACT Concerning Schools for Freedmen.
ScTIo N 1. .Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
:sentatives of the State o fFlorida in General Assembly convened, Snp't Common
