1864.    vacancies that may exist in the county offices of said county, and
that from and after the passage of this act, all the county busi-
ness of said county shall be done and transacted in said county
of Brevard, by its own county officers, in like manner as in other
counties of this State, and an election herctofore'held for sach
officers are hereby legalized and made valid.
SEc. 3,. Be it further enacted, That all laws and parts of laws
Repeal,    conflicting with the provisions of this act be and the same are
hereby repealed.

AN ACT to facilitate the trunsaction of business In the Quartermaster General's
Office.
SEcTioN 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and Mlbuse of Reprc-
sentatives of the State or Florida in General Ascndly convened,
That the Quartermaster General shall make quarterly estimates
Quartermaster of the amount of money required fbr the ensuing quarter for the
to mako cnstt use of' his department, which estimate shall be exhibited to the
mate of expen-
ditures.     Governor, and if the Governor approve such estimate, he shall
Comptroller  draw an order on the Comptroller tbr the amount, and the Comp-
lesuowarrant. troller shall issue a warrant thereon in favor of the Quarternmas-
ter General, and the Treasurer shall pay the same.
SEc. 2. Be itfurther enacted, That at the exl)iration of each
quarter, the Quartermaster General shall present his accounts
Quartermasters and vouchers to the Comptroller, who sliall audit and allow all
accounts,    payments made according to law: Provided, holvever, 'rlhe amioiit
Proviso.   appropriated sliall not exceed three thousand dollars to meet the
quarterly estimates of the Quartermaster.
