Be it reolved, That all prsons holding office in the State of Ilesolwtion.
Florida under the Conilderate Govcrnnent, subject to tie mili-
tary service tinder the Conscript Act, be removed and their places
filled with persons not subject to tie military service under said
Conscript Act.
