AN ACT to regulate the Fees of County Surveyore.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen.
tatives of the State of Florida in General Assembly convencd, That
hereafter, the County Surveyors of the several Counties in this State
shall be entitled to the following fees, viz: For every day's actual
servico he shall receive five dollars per day, from the day he leaves
his home until such survey.is finished; and the person employing
such County Surveyor shall pay the Chain-bearers.
Repealing   Snc. 2. Be it further enacted, That all laws and parts of laws
clause,      conflicting with this act, be and the same are hereby repealed.

gration of free negroes or mulattoes into this State, and for other
purposes is in force; Therefore,
SHCTIoN 1.    ie it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen.
Act of 1882 de- tatives of the State (f Florida in General Assembly convened, That
clared to bh in the said net, so far as the same is contained in Thompson's Digest,
force,        be andl the samo is hereby declared to be in full force, operation
and effect, and applies to the migration and importation of the per-
sons therein mentioned since the date of the approval of said act.
