SCTIoY 1. Be it enacted byl the Senate and House of Reprnlta-
tives of the State of Florida in Gencral Assembly convened, TIhat Repeal.
so much of An Act approved November 21, 1828, providing for the
appointment of Inspectors of Lumber in this State, as limits the num-
ber of Inspectors which may be appointed in any county of the State
to two, be and the same is hereby repealed; and the Governor shall Oovemo
have power to appoint in and for any County of this State as many appoint
Inspectors of Lunber as he may deem     necessary for the public ny as lc
