AN ACT to amend an act, entitled, an net to incorporate the City of Key
West, approved, 11th February, 1S39.
SEcTION 1. B it enacted by the Senate and louse of Represcn.

Src. 2. Be it firthcr enacted, That the government of said city Governmeit oI
shall bo vested in a Common Council, consisting of a Mayor and in whom vest

and Aldermen may appoint, all of whom shall hold their offices, un' Term of office
