An act for the relief of Andrew Scott.
Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Council of the 7er
Payment.  ritory of Florida, That the Commissioner of the city of Tallahassce,
be, and hereby is instructed and authorized; to pay to Andrew Scott,
or his legally constructed attorney, heirs, or assigns ; such sum of
money as may remain of the sum of three thousand six hundred
and forty seven dollars and forty cents; after deducting any sum or
sums of'money, which may have heretofore been paid to the said
Scott, on account of his contract with the late commissioner, for
plastering and ornamenting the several rooms of the Capitol of this
Proviso.   Territory: Provided, nevertheless, That the said Scott execute a
receipt in full of all demands against the Territory, for, or on ac-
count of plastering, and ornamuenting the said room ; up to the date
hereof.

tory of lorida, That an act entitled An act to prevent thq future
migration of free negroes or mulattoes to this Territory, and for other
purposes, approved on the 15th day of March, 18,12, be, and the
satm is hereby, repealed ; and that all acts and parts of acts by
the said act repeoled, are hereby revived.

An act to incorporate the Stewnrds of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the
Leon Circuit, of the Territory Qf Florida.
SElCToN I. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Council
,,f the Tvrritory of Florida, That front and after the passage of
ttis act, Runeth Bembry, Thomas L. Hall, Richard Burney, Ed-
Incorporation  Footman, Henry I. Ware, Paul 11. Harley and Adam Grain-
bling, now Stewards of the Leon Circuit aforesaid, and their suc-
cessors in offico, to be appointed according to the rules, regulation
and discipline of the Methodist Episcopal Church, be, and they are
hereby, made and constituted a body politic and corporate, and by
that name may sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded, in any
court of law or equity in this Territory, and may have and use a
common seal, and the same may break or alter at pleasure.
