SECTION 2d. Be iiforther enacted, That the said act be, and'
the same is hereby revived and extended for ten years.
SECTION 3d. Be itfurthercinacted, That the rates of toll-for
said Ferry shall be establishc4 by the Cqunty CourA of. Leoft
County.

SECTION 3d. Be itfurther enapted, That ifany person against

of the second section of this act, shall fail or refuse to pay and
discharge any Judgment so as therein provided, may be render-
ed against him or her, it is hereby declared, execution may
issue on any such judgment, as in other cases, and it is
