Be it cancted by tile Gnvernor nod I',gishtive Council of tlho
Territory  of  Florid n. That the  Act tvititled    An  Act concern,
itg Partrols, passed February 6th, 1834, be, and tile same is
hereby repealed.
See. 2. Be it forther enacted, That an Act entitled  An Act
concerning Patrols, passed January 2.tth, 1S33, be, and the
sano is hereby revived, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.

Floriha.
Be it enacted by the Governor nod Legislative Council of the
Territory of Floridn, That the Territorial Treasurer advance
and pay to the Central Bank of Florida, the sum of four hun-
dred and seventy.live dollars, with interest from February tei
seventh, eighteen hundred nnd thirty-four, the amount of certi-
fied accounts, Nos. 26 rnd 34, at the session of eightLeen hun-
dred and thirty-flor, nnd to renew thu deniand for payment
thereof, to the Teriitorial Viesury by the General Govcrnment.
Passed, February 12th, 1836.
Approved, 13th Fobruary, 1836.
CUIAU. 967. fNo. LVi.1 An Act respecting the Escheated Estate of
William Pritchard, deceased.
Be it enacted by the Gowrnor and Legislntive Council of the
Territory of Florids, That the administrator of Williani Pritch-
ard, in this Territory, be, and he is hereby authorized to convey
to John A. Rea, the real estate of said William Pritchard in this
Territory, and also pay to him the residue of the personal estate
of said Pritchnrd, not approprinted to the piyment of the debts
of said Pritchard ; the said conveyance, to said Roa, to ba sub-
ject to the right or claim of the heirs of said Pritchard, if any.
should appear ; and the said administrator, borbro payment of
said residue, to take security, to be arpproved by the Judge of
Leon County Court, for its re-payment to such heir or heirs,
