Stac. 5. Be it further enacted, That Joseph W. Kloin, John
g.perintonatnt A. Macindor and Robert Sturgess, or any two of theme be, and
qf elcctioul they arfi hereby appointed to superintend the election for intend-
ant and councilmen of the said town4 on the fourth monday of
* Iebruary next.
Sac. 6. Be it further enacted, That all elections subsequent
sabseqaentelo to that, provided fur in the precediug section, flor intendant and
couicilnen for th$ said town, shall take place, be conducted,
and return be made thereof, in the sanic manner in nil respects
as is provided by a law passed the tenth of January 1827, enti-
tled an act, to incorporate the City of Tallaliassee ; and that the
name oaths provided fbr in said act, shall be administered to the
said board when elected, who shall hold their offices, coiduct
.their meetengs, execute their respective duties, fill vacancies in
ibeir bodk', judge of the election returns, and of the qualifica-
tions of thoso elected, elect ollicers, expel a ininber, enact and
vrotnulga'e ordinances it the same manner, atd under the same
provisions and restrictions, as are contained in the aforesaid act.
