Be it enacted by the Governor and Legi-3lativo Council ol the
Territory of Florida, That an act entitled an at to authorise Act offJan. '25.

See. 2. Bo it further enacted,' That if any free negro or
mulatto shall be brought into this Territory, contrary to the pro- Shallh apprc-
