• AN ACT

lie it enacted 6y the Oovwrnor and Lcgislative Couned

eCsp, it shall and may be lawful for said writ of Fieri
1?acias to issue, by order of court, immediately after Pl'naymaj
judgment is entered :, Provided, tht in all-ca.es the execution.

or their own cases as long as i, she or they may think
proper, by leaving with the clerka mzemorandumtothat
effect;
Sec. 2. Be it furher enacted, That any person, hay -
ibg a right to an execution from any court of record in Fi. . m
this Territory, may order the same to be directed to the directed tothe
marshal of the several districts of this Territory, if from marshals, &c.
a superior court, or to ihe sheriff or'other proper ofitcer, thouihoutth
