AN ACT
To provide for holding additional terms of tile distrift
and superior courts in this territory, and for othe,'
purposes.
Be it enactcd, by the Governor awl Legislative Council
Jefreron   of the Territory or Florida, That the judge of tile dis-
stuperior  trict and superior courts of Middle Florida shall hold a
Court tiwe  -court on the fourth Mondays of May and November, in
of' holding  the county of* Jefferson, at the county seat of said coun-
ty, in each and every Year.
Sec. 2. lie it Jfiwrher enacted, That all acts and
parts of actsof this territory restricting the district
lSuperior  and superior courts to a limited time of holing their
courls not
restricted in respectivo terms, be, and the sawe are hereby re-
their terms  pealed; and said courts shall be holden hereafter as
long at each term as the business of'said courts respec-
tively shall require.
