AN ACT
Regulating judicial proceeding .
Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Coun,
cilo/ the Territory of Florida. That all process shall Process,

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That there shall
be no other than special bail in any action whatsoever; Bail.
