AN ACT
lespecting the probate of wills and the granting ofletters testa
mentary, and Ic tters of adniumstration, and the duties of exuecu
tions administrators and guardiaiis.
Be it enacted by the Governor and Legielative Coun-
cil of the Territory ofJ Flortda, That it sh.al be the du-
 ty of the county courts in. the several counties of this
toutycourts  Territry in term time, and of the judges fsaid courts

Probate.      in vacation, to take proofs of all last wvills and testa-
mens, and to grant probates, 1, tiers testamen tary'and
letters of administration, with or without any will an-
nexed, and to do and lcrformall mattersand things en-
jointd on said courts, or the judges thereof in relation
to the estates of deceased persons.
Sec. 2. Be it rurther enacted, 1That no person shall be
qualified or permitted to act as an executor, executrix,
administrator or udministratrix, unless he be twenty

the letters lestamtntary shall be granted to the other
executors, if any be named in said will or testament,
or if none others he named, letters of adnministratior
