An Act to cede cerin lands to the Uitted States of Anrerica.
. ECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and Iouse of Representa.
loners up- tives of the State of  Delaware in General Assembl met, That
IIoo.- Nathaniel W. Hickman, William D. Waples and James Pon-
u1z eznt de, of Sussex County, be and they are hereby appointed
>f Unted commissioners on the part of the State of Delaware, and they,

ocanelad or a majority of them, are hereby authorized and enipowered,
z1g foedr in connection with any agent or person appointed by the Presi-
.ere,.  dent of the United States or by the Secretary of War, to locate
and fix the boundaries of any quantity of land belonging to the
n whi.State of Delaware, not exceeding forty acres, situate and lying
ocuttlon to
    oade. on the Delaware Bay, south-east of the old mole, usually called
the Government mole, and between said old mole and the
point of Cape Henlopen. and the land belonging to the State
of Delaware, located and designated by the boundaries, to be
fixed and determined by the' commissioners aforesaid, in con-
junction with the agent or person to be appointed as aforesaid
by the President of the United States or by the Secretary of
