the original act to which this is a supplement as may be incon-
sistent with tho provisions of this act, are hercby repealed.
Corporation  SECTION 7. That if the corporation hereby revived and re-
viwo ri. enacted shall not be fully organized on or before the first day of
ianary rJanuary, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-threc, then and
in that case this supplement shall be null and void, and of no
offoot, and the said corporation shall onjoy and exercise no cor-
porate rights.
