Sinking fund for the payment of the City debt of W1ilmington.
SECTION 1. Be it enaeted by the Senateand House of liepe-
.entatites of the State of Delawtire, in UCneral Assembly wet,
That the Act entitled An Aet to provide a Sinking Fund.for
the payment of the City debt of Wilmington, be, and the same
original At is' hereby aniended by adding and inserting after the Fourth
amended.   Section Of said Act, and as a part aid continuation of said Fourth
Section of said Act. the following word.s, viz:  One or more
bonls for tile snin of' eleven hundred and fifty iolliars to ( be due
skud payable on the first day of April, A. 1). 1857 : one (r iore,
bonds for the stun of eleven hundred and fifty dollars to be due
and LIaable on the first day of (Octoer k. ). 185-17 : 0e or more
bonds for the. sui of twelve huiidred dollars to be due and pay-
