SECTION 1. Be it evacted by the Sa'enate and Jlouse  of .7?);r-

That section 7 of the act entitled 'A further additional tpple-
ment to the act entitled ' An act for establishing the bond tries
of the town of Dover, and for other purposes therein nicit oned,'
be, and the siame is hereby repealed, made null and void.
